i was having a rough day when i posted last and i stumbled upon a quote that brightened my day and made me approach life a little differently.

one day

the small drops of wetness fall down my face
leaving a trace of warmth as they fall.
i dont know why they are there, but they
wont go away.
like the unexplained sadness the burdens me,
the tears remain.
one day-- like the blooming flowers
embracing the sunshine after a harsh winter
--my tears will be replaced with happiness
a day full of smiles and laughter.
one day it will come.
i can only hope that day is near.
